National Night Out

National Night Out Volunteers
Volunteers from Third Presbyterian Church and Rochester Christian Church prepare a picnic dinner for National Night Out

On the first Tuesday of August each year, EPNIA hosts National Night Out on behalf of all the north end neighborhood associations. Several hundred people gather in Enos Park for a cookout, children’s game and activities, and a chance to socialize with their neighbors. Past NNOs have included vehicles from the Police Department and Fire Department on display, demonstrations from SPD’s K-9 unit, a rock climbing wall and a dunk tank.

Volunteers serve a picnic style meal and attendees have a chance to visit informational booths from local non-profits and community organizations. The event is free and open to the public.
