Carol Jo Vecchie Women and Children's Center is the site for the EPNIA meetings for 2008, unless otherwise posted. You can park on the 2nd level across from the Center at 9th Street. You can enter from 9th street near Carpenter or from the Carpenter Street side. There are ramps for anyone in a wheelchair to reach the 2nd level from either Carpenter or 9th Street.
The meeting room is Conference Room R & S. The security desk is just inside the front door. They will direct you appropriately. It is down the hallway, turn right past the elevators, then left down a long hallway. There will be signs posted to help you.
Monthly Association meeting dates are on the 2nd Tuesday of every month. Meetings start promptly at 7pm and last about one and a half hours.
Discussions usually involve Treasurer's Report, President's Report, Public Health Report, Police Report/Neighborhood Watch Report, Public Works Report, Speakers for the evening, an open discussion session, and then 50/50 drawing.
We hope to see you there!

The March 2008 meeting was very informative with a presentation by Brian Reardon, below, of St. Johns about their plans to renovate the St. Johns campus. The Golden Paintbrush of the Year award was presented by Marilyn to Ed Strobe, pictured right.

The business meeting was very informative as well with updates from: Steve Combs, Fletcher Farrar, Kevin Barrington, and introductions were conducted by Steve to all new faces in the room. Refreshments were provided by Rob Manuel, and pastries provided courtesy of Starbucks Coffee on Freedom Drive

February's meeting was very informative with a presentation by Steve Myers of the historic sites commission on Lincoln era homes still standing in Enos Park today as well as preservation efforts that can be taken to ensure properties such as these and ours are around for generations to come! Also a presentation by Carol Oxtoby of Heritage Foundation on how our association can acquire some of these properties in our neighborhood for preservation and rehabilitation. The business meeting went as usual with presentations by Steve Combs, Diane Combs, Fletcher Farrar, and Kevin Barrington. Refreshments were served and a good time was had by all who attended!
